(2)トラブル発生時の対応について

(3)オンライン版の利用開始までの期間について
オンライン版の新規購入の場合、米国出版社での設定手続きのため、購入からアクセス設定完了まで 1ヶ月半 〜2ヶ月ほどの時間を要します。閲覧できない期間が発生しないよう、年間契約開始月（1月／7月）の前に余裕をもって申込みいただけますようお願い申し上げます。
